Had a great conversation with Sarah this morning, while driving her to school…. Dad: “Do you ever feel like you don’t fit in at school?” Sarah: “Yup.” Dad: “So how do you cope with that?” Sarah: “Suck it up.” (I think she’s inherited my matter-of-fact approach, don’t you?) Dad: “Do you ever talk with some of your friends about that? [...] Yesterday, I took my 6 year old daughter sledding, and we had a great time! I took the video camera along, and interviewed her as a famous tobogganer, and got some great tips on how to do this properly. Just got home from the Capson’s. These guys are some of our favourite people, and it’s been a while since we’ve made time to hang out, but we still enjoy their company as much as ever. I won’t caption it, because we’re all colour coded. The Lamb’s are blonde, and the Capson’s all have brown [...] Tuesday night was Amanda’s school Christmas concert.
